“It is primarily to introduce the recently established National Working Committee of our great party,” he stated. Additionally, we want to express our support for him and thank him for all that he has done for the nation over the past eight years.

“To also congratulate him on the 63 years of Nigeria’s growth, of which eight years must be attributed to his government, and on the celebration of Independence Day. We appreciate him for hosting us at his home in Daura because it is the reason we are here.

The National Chairman commented on the APC’s successes in some of the Tribunal judgements handed down so far, saying: “Of course, seeing is believing, and we are glad and satisfied. But that is insufficient.

“In Kogi, Bayelsa, and Imo, there are three off-season elections coming up. We shall also prevail in these elections, insha’Allah. Therefore, we are pleased with the progress.

Since their return from Daura, the national chairman and other NWC members in his entourage have been in the Federal Capital Territory.
