Impeachment drama: lawmakers from Ondo and Ganduje  meet behind closed doors

Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, is currently meeting with members of the reconciliation committee and a delegation of legislators from the Ondo State House of Assembly who are upset about the proposed impeachment of the state’s deputy governor, Lucky Ayiedatiwa.

The delegation was escorted by stern-looking security personnel when it pulled into the APC national secretariat in a sizable convoy at approximately 1.25 p.m.

This comes eight days after Ganduje formed the committee to break the deadlock between the opposing political groups.
