The National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is now Ex-Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State, following his election at the 12th National Executive Committee (NEC) Caucus meeting in Abuja. He succeeds Senator Abdullahi Adamu, who resigned last month amid controversy.
During the same meeting, Ajibola Bashiru, a former Senate Spokesperson, was confirmed as the party’s national secretary. The event was attended by several prominent figures, including Vice-President Kashim Shettima, various governors, and other party chieftains, aside from Tinubu.
